Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be intimated to us in writing
Once the booking has been confirmed and processed, the cancellation charges will be applicable as per Company policy
30 - 20 Days Prior to departure 25% of the Package cost
20 - 15 Days Prior to departure 50% of the Package cost
15 - 10 Days Prior to departure 75% of the Package cost
0 - 10 Days Prior to departure 100% of the Package cost 

In case of no-show or unutilized bookings, You shall be required to make requests for any valid and applicable refunds, as per the defined policies, within 10 days from the travel date in case of air/ rail/ cab/ bus tickets and/or the date of check-in for hotel bookings. No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 10 days of travel date/ check-in as aforementioned and all unclaimed amounts for such no-show or unutilized bookings shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited.

The refund shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of receipt of ticket. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider.

Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.

Liability

All arrangements made by Pulse Holiday are in the capacity of an agent only. Pulse Holiday will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries, delayed or cancelled flights, acts or forces of nature and due to the negligence of Third Party Operators.

Bookings are made with third party vendors. All arrangements made by Pulse Holiday are in the capacity of an agent only.
Pulse Holiday will under no circumstances be liable for any claim whatsoever, due to the negligence of the Third Party Operator.

All claims regarding Third Party must be lodged with us within 7 (seven) days from the date of service.
All dispute/complaints with respect to these terms and conditions and the tour and services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts of New Delhi only.


IMPORTANT NOTE :- we advise all our travel partners for confirming tour with us needs to submit the PAN Card + Passport of all the travelers [First Page & Last Page].The Voucher will be issued only after getting the proper documentation

CASH DEPOSIT IN BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT ACCOUNTS APPROVAL WILL BE FORFEITED WITHOUT ANY SERVICE.
